I think the title is self-explanatory, since the hijri date depends on moon-sighting which may vary across geographical locations resulting in differences in the date of the same Arabic month in different places. So there should be an option in the settings that will offer the user to make adjustments (by +/-1 or +/-2) to the date and the app will display the adjusted date.
