I think there should be a section that allows you to see which prayers you missed / showing the date & salah missed - so you can tick them off as completed when you've made them up. It's kind of difficult to find which prayers you've missed when the week updates and refreshes so when my period ends I have to go back day by day to find the missing salah.
similar to when you missed fast you can tick them off and it keeps track
