I think it would be beneficial to have an active countdown for the next salah and the current salah; when a person scrolls down to see his notification tab to see notifications. The countdown for the next salah could start 30 or so mins after the current salah (so the countdown for the current salah would stop at 30mins past adhaan so as to start the next salah countdown). This way the people would be more attentive on praying on time and perhaps even praying at the best time.
