I would love getting notifications of the adhan and having a tile showing the time remaining until the next Salah and another tile that shows a timetable of the salah of the day. And besides tile they could be complications that get into the watchface themselves. A wear os app could increase the user base of the app and be a free way to gain popularity since there is almost no competition on the market.
